Weather Policy

Weather is an unavoidable factor in real estate photography, and while I always strive to deliver the best possible results, I cannot control the forecast.

  • Photography in Light Rain
Exterior photos can be taken in light rain as long as conditions are safe and it’s not a heavy downpour. I am fully prepared to work in these conditions and will adjust as needed.
  • Overcast vs. Sunny Days
Contrary to popular belief, sunny days are not required for beautiful real estate photos. In fact, overcast days often provide the best lighting—soft, even light without harsh shadows or glare. This creates a clean, balanced look that showcases the property more effectively. Don’t worry all photos get blue sky replacements.
  • Rescheduling Due to Weather
If a homeowner prefers to cancel or reschedule due to weather, there will be no cancellation fee. I do not believe in charging for weather-related changes. Instead, the shoot will be rescheduled for my next available date.

Thank you for understanding, and please know that whether the day is cloudy, sunny, or lightly rainy, I will work to capture your property at its best.
